ITM Digital has just made the process of booking a vaccination much easier for both pharmacies and patients.

Our client Marron’s Pharmacy requested that we create a dedicated vaccine booking platform for their premises, which would be simple and efficient. So our team put our thinking caps on and designed a system that would work best for both the pharmacy and the public who are now looking to book their vaccinations.

• The platform can be used for handling registrations, and also as a booking platform for vaccine appointments
• It allows the pharmacy to release a selection of calendar dates at a time 
• The pharmacy has a full overview of both the vaccinated and awaiting patients
• Patients can easily book their appointments by providing a PPS number and invitation code
• Separate invitation codes are provided for different vaccines
